Hours before Collins Chabane Municipality Mayor Moses Maluleke was gunned down in his home, he was visiting a family that lost three family members in a fender bender.
Maluleke, 56, was ruthlessly shot and killed when three men entered his home in Saselamani town on Thursday night.
