Marinate with ;
1 tbsp flour,1 tsp salt,1 tsp paprika,1 tsp garlic powder,1 tsp turmeric,1 tsp onion powder,1 tsp curry powder and 1 tsp black pepper

Heat butter and oil

Add lamb chops in batches do not overcrowd them
Brown lamb chops and remove from the pan
Add onions to the butter and oil we used to brown lamb chops and fry onions for abt 3min
Then add carrots and cook for 3 more min
Add the chops back and mix well
Add a tsp of crushed garlic or fresh chopped garlic
