Shocking News: Lil Meri Dies And DJ Rackzen Involved In A Fatal Car Accident
Bolobedu: Musician Samuel Maritus Malatji, lovingly known as Lil Meri, has sadly passed away. The 22 -year-old artist from Relelela village in Bolobedu died on Saturday, December 11th after suffering a short illness.
His beloved family is still trying to come to terms with the terrible passing of this young upcoming star. The family is torn apart since this happened so quickly.
A family member advised that the deceased (King of Voice) told family members that he was not feeling well and begged to be rushed to a nearby clinic where he, unfortunately, succumbed to the illness.

Mathopa (Lil Meri) began his music career with Bad Company before splitting up and starting to sing solo.
His famous songs that will remain memorable to his loyal fans include; Ngwana wa moto. The song won several accolades including the Limpopo Music Awards and Sepedi music Awards.
A well-known Limpopo Band, The Double Trouble has also expressed their sadness over the passing of their former colleague. The Double Trouble has worked with Lil Meri on several hit songs, including “Mashuping”
The Double Trouble has described the deceased as very intelligent, super talented and very creative.
Lil Meri recently released two songs with Double Trouble and they were planning to shoot music videos before the shocking news.
“I’m so heartbroken right now that we just released two songs” Jesu Waka “and ” Rato Laka “together that we planned to make a music video next week, but unfortunately he passed away,” said DJ Janisto with tears running down on his black shiny beards.
In other news, King Monada Music almost lost one of its own. Music producer and singer, Dj Rackzen was involved in a fatal car crash that took the lives of two passengers.
According to King Monada Music, the singer and producer were traveling from Phalaborwa to Tembisa when the Incident occurred.
However, luckily Dj Rackzen is in a stable condition and recovering in Hospital.
