South African Singer,dancer and actress Kelly Khumalo says she has received several death threats, she says she is feared for her life

Last month, amid controversy regarding her involvement in the case of the father of her child, Senzo Meyiwa. Kelly Khumalo was seen shopping in Sandton City with a security guard, this raised questions about Kelly’s safety.

Speaking on the latest episode of her reality show, Life with Kelly, the singer revealed that security has been an issue for her since the tragic death of Senzo Meyiwa.

“ Safety and security has been important to me since 2014. How Tingo’s father was killed is still a mystery to me.”

Kelly added that she has received several death threats.

“My last event in KZN, I received a threat two days before that they were going to kill me.”

This explains why she was seen by the security guard.

“I have my CPO, a private officer close by – they’re law enforcement officers, they’re just private ,” she said
