Johannesburg police have secured a successful arrest of a female suspect after they caught her in possession of stolen Engen oil and energy drinks.

According to the daily talk SA news report, a woman from Johannesburg was arrested yesterday 29 August 2021 at a house in Crown Mines , the police caught her with stolen Engen oil worth over R600 000 and other stolen goods include energy drinks worth R900 000.

It’s alleged that the woman is involved in truck hijackings and police managed to catch her because she advertised the stolen product on Facebook Marketplace saying that she is selling energy Drinks, police traced the location on the advertisement and arrested her.

The police are still investigating the matter to determine who else was involved in the truck hijackings more arrests can be expected, the woman will soon be appearing in court to face charges for being in possession of stolen property.
