It Ended In Tears For The Suspects Who Shot & Killed Operation Dudula Member
SWIFT ARREST OF SUSPECTS LINKED TO THE FATAL SHOOTING OF KGOMOTSO DIALED.
2 suspects were arrested and 1 suspect was shot dead but what was recovered were two 9 millimeter pistols we hear that Operation Dudula was attacked with AK-47s and R5s when they charged and basically turned the opposite route and ran away for their lives.
Two suspects who were allegedly present during the Chicken Farm murder were arrested in Soweto and the third suspect was shot dead by the police, this is after the suspect pointed a gun at the police. It clearly didn’t dawn on the suspects that these were not the community members that they were shooting at who were running away from them, but actual police officers who were ready to shoot at any point or at any sign of aggression.
The police received information about guns in Dlamini and Chiawelo, Soweto. They did a raid on the said premises whereby one police officer had already accessed the premises but found out that the suspect had been pointing the gun at him he quickly retaliated and shot the suspect dead and then the rest of the suspects pretty much surrendered to the police.
Police investigations have revealed that they are indeed connected to the shooting incident that occurred on Monday where six people were shot, and how the police were able to determine this is from the bullets which were lodged into Operation Dudula members as they were shot at by these suspects.
It is believed that there were six who sustained gunshot wounds, with Nhlanhla Lux only sustaining a flash wound to his leg while the other victims were hospitalized with the gunshot wounds. The police were able to connect the bullets to the ones that had been used in these guns and make their conclusion, unfortunately, a 34-year-old Kgomotso Diale died on the scene while five others were taken to hospital.
