Sakina Kamwendo is hailed as the queen of journalism after exposing president Ramaphosa

What transpired in the country for the past week has really made people talk, as we are trying to understand what really happened and what is the root cause of the looting that has been happening.

Social media for the longest time have been saying that the media is captured and they will support whatever president Ramaphosa is doing whether it’s wrong or right. They do not critisize him for anything. They are always too soft when it comes to him. First it was the so called R500 billion that was looted to the core and nothing has been said about that. Then it was the vaccine from India that arrive in the country in February. The vaccine was already expiring and it did not offer greater efficacy to the variant that was then dominant, and it had to be sold to neighboring countries. The president was left of the hook.

Now it’s a very heated topic about the resent unrest that unfolded in the past week. According to SABC Morning Live presenter Sakhina Kamwendo, if all this happened during the time when the former president Jacob was still in charge, people would by now be calling for him to fall already. But because it is the precious Ramaphosa, no one is calling for him to fall.

Sakhina is now being hailed as the Queen of journalism in the country after he spoke openly about what many journalist have been unable to do since the era of the new dawn. The former president used to be attacked on all kind of things. If it was not about his education level, it was something else. While when it comes to President Cyril Ramaphosa, people must just forgive and forget.
